How do we collect information from you?
We obtain information about you when you:
- complete an online or manual paper application form
- speak to us on the telephone or in person
- browse our websites
- complete a survey
What type of information is collected from you?
When you complete a contact us or sign up for an e-newsletter we collect:
- email address
When you complete a Survey we may also collect:
- telephone number
- date of birth
- RAD ID number
How long will we keep your information?
We will try to answer your enquiry within 21 days, however, if it is a more complex enquiry, it may take longer. Your personal information will be deleted once we have dealt with your enquiry.
In the case of survey data, we keep the information for as long as it takes to analyse the data and to allow the opportunity to carry out further research (e.g. focus groups) with those who have given permission to be contacted. Once the review is complete we will delete any personal information.
In the case of e-newsletter sign-ups we will keep your information until you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time.
